By accessing or using Hariki TopUp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Top-ups are delivered to the game account you provide. It is your responsibility to enter the correct Player ID and server/region. Hariki TopUp is not responsible for deliveries made to an incorrect ID you supplied.

Most orders are fulfilled automatically within seconds. Some products may require manual processing.

All prices are shown before checkout and may change without notice. Payment must be completed and confirmed by the payment provider before an order is fulfilled. Clients can never self-report a payment as complete.

Because digital top-ups are delivered instantly and cannot be reversed, completed orders are generally non-refundable. If a delivery fails on our side, we will re-attempt delivery or credit your balance.

Resellers who subscribe to a plan may operate their own branded storefronts subject to their plan's limits. Resellers are responsible for the content, pricing, and conduct of their stores.

You may not use the platform for fraud, chargeback abuse, money laundering, or any illegal activity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Hariki TopUp is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
